Honestly, about 15 minutes. Your business name, what you do, your hours, phone number, and any photos you have (phone pictures work fine — I'll make them look good). If you have a logo, great; if not, I'll set up a clean text version of your name. You don't need to write anything — I'll draft all the words and you just tell me what to fix.

I handle all the technical setup. Hosting runs $60 a year, passed through at cost — I don't mark it up because I'm not in the hosting business. If you don't have a domain (like yourbusiness.com), I'll help you register one, usually $10–15/year, in your name, so you own it outright. Total ongoing cost: roughly $6 a month. That's it.

Yes. Small changes — new hours, a price update, swapping a photo — just text me and I'll usually have it done same day for a small flat fee (often free if it takes me two minutes, because we're neighbors and that's how this works). Bigger additions like a whole new page get a fair quote up front. And since you own all the files, you're never locked in to me.

Then you don't pay. That's the whole point of the free mockup — you see your actual site before any money changes hands. If the design isn't right, I'll revise it. If it's still not right, we shake hands and part ways, and you're out exactly zero dollars. I'd rather earn your business than bill it.
